A mundane lunch

I wanted to write but could not think of any bright ideas so I decided to write about lunch. It is after all my 3rd equally favorite meal of everyday and there is much one can babble about food.  Working from home has ushered in an era of unprecedented cooking in our household  As I peered into the refrigerator contemplating what to cook, I realized something. I liked looking into the fridge more than I liked looking inside my wardrobe. It is probably the opposite for my wife and this is exactly why I will never be as thin as she is. Anyways, do I make something with the leftover paneer or make cauliflower fry with sambar? Do I want to eat rice or rotis? What is the quickest dish to cook that is also edible? These are the questions that planning in advance might help with but today was not one of those days.  I opened the fridge door a couple more times and just started cutting onions randomly. Trip 2 to Hawaii - The Big Island

Days : Dec 24 - Dec 28 Day 1 - Dec 24 - Starting journey from Mineta San Jose International airport - South West Airlines Flight 795 departing at 8:35 AM  First COVID flight journey, masked up and face shielded, felt like the new normal. Thanks to Lajju for dropping us. We were slightly early and our friends were fashionably late(Thanks to Venkat, we followed his footsteps for our return journey) We got some muffins at the airport to start the trip along with some homemade overnight oats. The flight was not crowded and we could pick individual seats. There were a few good aerial views of the Bay. We tried to keep the mask on as much as possible during the flight except for the occasional water and the slight munchies.  The flight was uneventful (as it should always be).  12:30 Noon, landing at Hawaii.
